Personnel of Lake Wilderness include the Property Manager, Mike Martin, the Maintenance Assistant, Kenny Hurlock, Office Manager, Laura Spears and Office Assistant, Rachel Douglass. The office phone number is (540) 972-7237.
Office hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday.
The office is also open the third Saturday of the month from 8:00am to noon for your convenience.

Amenities include a club house, pool, basketball court, tennis courts, pavilion, beach and volleyball area, campground, three lakes and one pond, various picnic areas and two playgrounds.

Currently, there are 1035 dues generating lots and over 833 homes in the subdivision, which consist of sixteen different sections, with three separate entrances to 1-1A, 2-11 and 12-16.

The 2008 membership dues are $460. This primarily covers the expenses of the maintenance of the subdivision facilities and common areas, salaries of employees, a professional security force, insurance and legal fees. The annual road maintenance fees are an additional $200 in Sections 1-1A, $60 in Sections 2-11, and $70 in Sections 12-16. The upkeep of roads is accomplished with this income, including the mowing of the roadway edges and ditch work.

The Board of Directors is the governing body of Lake Wilderness. The Board is comprised of nine (9) elected volunteer members serving one, two or three year terms.
Standing committees include: Executive, AECC, Finance, and Parks & Property, Recreation, Security, Road Committee (Sec. 2-11), Adopt-A-Highway and Swim Team Committee.
There are two Road Associations: 1) Sections 1-1A; and 2) Sections 12-16.
