Costs: $150.00 Deposit & $35- $60 rental fee
The Clubhouse is located beside the Office and Pool. It may be rented for functions. The fireplace in the Clubhouse has been converted over to gas logs. If you reserve the Clubhouse and wish to use the gas logs an additional $175.00 deposit is required.
Please call office in advance for reservations.
Must be a resident in good standing to reserve.
